@pmuecke has been a force of positivity and neutrality in the network. I often think people do improperly ask too much from the pool, but I don’t think this is the case here, for two reasons:
It’s easy for pmuecke to inflate his hours instead of his pay. The fact that he truthfully represents the amount of time he spends and sees fit to even reduce it shows a lot of integrity in my book. Integr...

I completely agree with your comments, SecretSaturn, and support @pmuecke’s proposal 100%.
His calm, cool demeaner no matter what is said in conversations, is a pretty amazing thing to behold. I also can’t imagine Governance without him and all that he does for the community. 🤩

just to make a clarifying statement, my comment was purely about the rate. Which has not been as flexible as other community pool funded entities. It was not in any way shape or form connected to what Tor just posted here. If i have a strong opinion on his comment i will share it at a later time.

I highly support @pmuecke and what he does for the community as the gov lead. He was and is always there when things got heated in our community. It’s astonishing how he kept his head cool in these times. The pay might be considered high for some, but it is completely justified considering Mook’s huge experience and connections inside of the community. I’m more than happy to assist Mook in improvi...

Tor. You committed fraud, gaslit the community, and branded attempts to put 0% tax proposals on chain as attacks on the network until information you concealed from the community was revealed by 3rd parties. You cannot hide from these things and expect others to view the code of conduct as valid. You can try, but I’m letting you know it wont work.

I don’t claim the rate is too high, to be clear. I think this function is essential.

Please do not engage in misdirection on this issue when you have been publicly and universally rebuked in the past for your constant personal threats to community members. We need a code of conduct enforced, and not merely because I say so. I am not targeting only your behavior with my statements, but it’s fairly clear you’ve crossed lines in the past.

We can’t say the rate is high for non-technical, and also “very high visibility leadership role”, and still expect more time.

In recent times, the issue of misconduct has surfaced on the network. However, given that this problem is primarily attributable to your actions, I must express doubt regarding the motive of your statement.
