I agree the proposal should go with proper setup into decreasing the inflation of the network and hence making the protocol tokenomics more viable and sustainable for long term investors and users.
I do like that a flat rate is set, alternatively other protocols also implemented a minimum commission of 5% to make it sustainable for validators.

I am mostly is support for the testnet and pulsar-3 setup.
Questions
How long are we going to have pulsar-2 and pulsar-3 (1-3 months?)
Is it possible to cut some costs here ( I think we should cut some spending here) this will help funds for longer term.

Agree a burn mechanism on the usage does help, albeit little for now but the goal should be to increase fees by a certain measure for users who want access to privacy. This will help bring usage and demand (Be it from bots or users) to burn SCRT and contribute towards positive economic growth of the protocol.
